A large portion of my workload comprised of contributing to the highest value customers and handling difficult or escalated scenarios, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and how they support the customer brand and use cases.

• Responsible for demand generation including development of new services based on product gaps and customer requests— brought in over 20% of services revenue.

This test drive promotion from Subaru began with sidebar ads incentivizing consumers to test drive the BRZ. The interactive content portal appeared within the current page when the sidebar as was clicked. Users could advance the portal by clicking any of the four buttons available including the event description, an interactive map with featured participants, test drive scheduler by location and telematics.

In consideration of Buick’s objectives to generate awareness of the Verano, a comprehensive media package was developed to house the breadth of Verano content in a custom created content hub accessible online as well as mobile platforms. This was enhanced by publisher reviews, articles and stories as well as Buick videos focused on Verano and it’s breakthrough technology and innovation. Lifestyle content was also included which could be updated throughout the life of the campaign.

Twitter and LinkedIn posts celebrating #NationalWomensHistoryMonth. Posts featured 6 prominent women that developed industry defining advancements.  Using Twitter’s threaded tweets feature, the posts (3 each) tell the stories of these women and the advancements they helped make a reality.
 

Social media campaign graphics created for a branded partnership between Chemours and Chemical & Engineering News highlighting job industry trends. This campaign is a series of three infographic Twitter posts (as well as their LinkedIn companions) as well as three pictographic posts over a series of three weeks.

Innovation Philadelphia was formed in 2001 by then-Philadelphia Mayor John Street to spur economic development in early-stage technology and creative communities. This poster and targeted email were designed along with a campaign of materials to promote the Creative Movement program.

This iPhone app developed for Dodge Dart highlights the 2013 Dart Limited and the 2013 Dart R/T in the five categories. Users are able to view exterior and interior images of the vehicles, view the vehicles in seven different color choices, see a 360 degree rotation of the exterior as well as read up on the safety features available and the performance of the engines.

Full marketing materials for Arestin (an oral health product form OraPharma) including direct mail, targeted email campaigns, market advertising as well as patient and doctor informational materials.

These video, spotlight, social media, dealer locator, slider, pushdown and comparison ads were designed to run across Jumpstart Automotive Group publisher sites to increase awareness for the new 2013 models. The styling of each manufacturers media was modeled after existing print ads.

This national GM campaign consisted of segment-specific content widgets, standard IAB ad placements and mobile ads designed to increase awareness of the breadth of the GM brand offerings. A/B testing was used throughout the campaign to gain segment specific insight to be employed in subsequent campaign efforts.

A new logo, typographic standards and color palette were developed for Plaza Seven—a 19-floor, 315,000 square foot Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis—and are currently being applied to both interior and exterior signage, building enhancements, the building website and marketing materials.
